Marketing Analysis
 

The Marketing Analysis is an in-depth audit of your business related strengths, weaknesses and opportunities based on your present marketing and sales efforts. This is the starting point from which we can uncover potential gaps and untapped sources for new and improved marketing and sales strategies.

The audit helps us to understand the business you are in, identify your ideal target audience, see where you are at currently, determine where you would like to be and what you need to do in order to get there. By going through this process our clients are always surprised to discover that the simple things they’ve missed are integral to the success of their marketing communications.

Why is it important? Conducting a full marketing analysis is highly recommended in advance of any other service we provide. Whilst it is not compulsory we often find that without it we inevitably uncover preexisting problems during our Coaching or Director sessions which affect everything we have discussed, changed or implemented up to that point. This only means we have to back track at great expense to you.

The Analysis does take some time and effort on your part to complete. The more detail you can provide the more we are able to offer recommendations that will help you create and implement the strategies required to maximize your future growth and revenue potential. Finally, you don’t have to utilize any of our other services to take advantage of this opportunity. If you simply need help in reviewing your current situation we’d be happy to lend a hand.

Here is what we do… We send you the analysis questionnaire; you complete as much of the document as you can and return it to us. We will review your comments then arrange for a web meeting or phone call to discuss. Based on all this we will write up and present you with our recommendations on what you can do to dramatically improve the marketing of your tourism business.

Here is how it works… You can then address the recommended changes your self or we will use the findings as part of the Coaching or Virtual Director services we offer, fees start at $2,500.
